Green Lipped Mussel Cooking tips

Sure you’ve probably cooked with blue mussels before but what about Green Lipped mussel cooking?

Well, since Green Lip Mussels are only found off of the coast of New Zealand, it’s highly unlikely you’re gonna get your hands on some fresh ones. So that is one strike against Green Lipped mussel cooking, unless you live in New Zealand then lucky you!

Next, green lipped mussels have a ton of amazing nutrients in them that even surpass the blue mussel. Things like a brilliant combo of lipids and omega 3 that create on of the most effective natural anti-inflammatories on the planet. As well as vitamins, minerals
and some sort of fancy combo of complex carbohydrates that actually helps fight the aging process.
